If your camera model is not on the supported list, please try out your camera model by choosing the similar model on the supported list. When the camera manufacturers roll out new camera models, they usually don’t change the firmware much; it is very likely the new model still works with WebEyeAlert

software.

Note 1 :

The Axis 2100 network camera requires firmware version 2.34:13 or later, and the 2110 requires firmware 2.xx in order to work properly with the NVR+ software.

Note 2 :

The Axis 2120, 2130 and 2140 Network Cameras require firmware 2.xx in order to work properly with the NVR+ software.

Note 3 :

The Axis 2400 Video Server requires firmware version 2.34:16 or later in order to work properly with the NVR+ software.

Note 4 :

The Axis 2401 and 2411 video servers require firmware version 2.xx in order to work properly with the NVR+ software.

Note 5 :

DCS-1000 option in the NVR+ system. There is no individual selection for these specific models.

Note 6 :

The Vivotek VS2402, IP2111, IP2122, IP6112, and PZ6112 all work by selecting the VS2402 in the NVR+ system. There is no individual selection for these specific models.

Note 7 :

PTZ Control has not been implemented for the Canon VB Series network cameras.

Note 8 :

The TrendNet TV-IP100 works by selecting the D-Link DCS-1000 settings.

Note 9 :

WebEyeAlert

currently supports audio recording and two-audio communication on Sony cameras and audio recording Panasonic cameras designated with ( A ).
