Ray Coulombe
Ray Coulombe is founder and principal consultant of Gilwell Technology services, LLC providing general management, strategic direction, sales and marketing guidance to executive management of high technology firms. He has extensive experience with start-up and early stage growth companies in business planning, identifying market niches, market and product positioning, technology integration, sales channel establishment, business development and growth from early stage to full business commercialization and viability.

Formerly, Ray was COO and co-founder of SyPixx Networks, acquired in 2006 by Cisco, and was responsible for providing critical transition assistance into Cisco's Physical Security Business Unit. Ray also played a significant role in the development of several other early-stage companies, which were ultimately acquired by companies including General Electric, 3M, and AT&T/Ameritech.

He is the co-founder of Core Tec Communications and International Fiber Systems, and has further experience with 3M, Emerson Electric Company, and the United States Air Force.

Ray is actively involved with community organizations such as the American Red Cross, where he serves as a member of the Connecticut Chapter Board of Directors and participates in its Executive and Leadership Committees.

He holds a BSEE from Cornell University and a Masters degree in Management from MIT and is currently concluding a Master's degree Information Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.





Cheng Wu
Cheng Wu is the Chairman and a co-founder at Azuki Systems, Inc. and also serves on the board of eIQNetworks. Cheng is a successful serial entrepreneur and well acclaimed industry veteran, having founded and led numerous businesses spanning a range of different industries. His career in the networking and communications industry extends more than 20 years. Cheng was named "Top 25 Unsung Heroes of the Internet" list in 2000 by the InteractiveWeek Magazine's and also was named the Key Industry Player by Massachusetts Telecom Council in 2002.

Most recently, Cheng served as Chairman of Acopia Networks, a leader in providing high-performance, intelligent file virtualization solutions which was acquired by F5 Networks in August, 2007. Prior to that, Cheng was the Group VP and General Manager of the Content and Multiservice Edge Group (CME) at Cisco Systems, Inc. via the acquisition of ArrowPoint Communications. Cheng founded ArrowPoint Communications in 1997, where he served as Chairman and CEO lead the company to a successful IPO in April of 2000. Earlier he founded Arris Networks that was acquired by Cascade Communications later was acquired by Lucent Technologies.

Cheng is also the founding member and Honorary Chairman of New England Chinese Information and Networking Association (NECINA), a non-profit professional organization with the mission to serve as a platform for entrepreneurship and leadership development, to maximize Chinese Americans contribution to the information-centric high tech industries.

He holds a BSEE from Chiao Tung University, Taiwan and a Master degree in Computer Science from Indiana University.
